Anyone arriving in Santa Margherita Ligure by sea may dock at the mole in the harbour, where there are wharves reserved for yachts. The reception service provides assistance during mooring and manoeuvres, supervision between 8 AM and 8 PM, electricity, drinking water and waste collection facilities. Requests to dock in transit for up to 5 days between June 1 and August 31 or 7 days in the rest of the year may be submitted by telephone, fax or e-mail. Once a spot has been assigned, the applicant must report to the reception service as soon as possible with the vessel's documents in order to register their transit and pay the fee in advance.
